Any other use of the CONTENT is prohibited. Your use is restricted solely to downloading and using CONTENT exclusively within ECAD, PCB and MCAD systems and for the design of electronic circuits, PC boards or other systems only. In consideration for payment of the appropriate subscription fees, and for so long as you comply with the terms of this Agreement, EMA grants you the nonexclusive and nontransferable (except as specifically authorized herein) limited right to use the Ultra Librarian Web Site for download of CONTENT. THE CONTENT IS PROTECTED BY APPLICABLE COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK LAW.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM DOWNLOADING CONTENT.
